High Steward Walter I De Hesdin Of Scotland 
Walter I was born in 1108 in Of Paisley Abbey,Renfrewshire,Scotland and his baptism took place in France.1 2 Walter I's father was Baron Alan De Hesdin Of Oswestry and his mother was Heiress Adeliza De Shropshire. His paternal grandparents were Baron Ernulf Flaad Of Saint Florent and Princess Gwentha Ferch Griffith Of North Wales; his maternal grandfather was Warine De Shropshire. He had three brothers named William, Jordan and Simon. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 62 in 1170 in Paisley,Renfrewshire,Scotland.1 General Notes
