Maria Teixeira

Maria's father was Cap. Baltazar Dias Teixeira and her mother was Mécia Álvares.  Her paternal grandparents were João Dias Homem and Suzana Gonçalves Teixeira; her maternal grandfather was Nuno Álvares Lopes. She had three brothers and three sisters, named João Dias, Manuel Dias, Nuno Álvares, Leonor Lourenço, Margarida Dias and Maria Roque. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Amaro Teixeira, Domingos Dias, Melchior Lourenço, Isabel Teixeira, Catarina Dias and Suzana Gonçalves.
