José Manuel Mera Suarez 
José Manuel was born on February 8th, 1904 in Montevideo - Uruguay. José Manuel's father was José María Mera Riator and his mother was María Del Pilar Suarez Blanco. His paternal grandparents were Manuel Mera Granja and Jacinta Riator Fernandez; his maternal grandparents were Manuel Suarez Neira and Vicenta Blanco Blanco. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Alfredo Gumercindo, Blanca, Eduardo Elviro, María Ester, María Elisa and Aida Florinda. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 66 on May 4th, 1970 in Montevideo - Uruguay.-
