Eduardo Elviro Mera Suarez 
Eduardo Elviro was born on September 15th, 1916 in Montevideo - Uruguay. Eduardo Elviro's father was José María Mera Riator and his mother was María Del Pilar Suarez Blanco. His paternal grandparents were Manuel Mera Granja and Jacinta Riator Fernandez; his maternal grandparents were Manuel Suarez Neira and Vicenta Blanco Blanco. He had three brothers and three sisters, named José Manuel, Alfredo Gumercindo, Blanca, María Ester, María Elisa and Aida Florinda. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 78 on June 12th, 1995 in Montevideo - Uruguay.-
