Maria Da Purificação was born in 1766. Maria Da Purificação's father was João Garcia De Sá Barroso and her mother was Helena De Araújo Pereira. Her paternal grandparents were Antônio Garcia De Sá and Maria Dornelles Bittencourt; her maternal grandparents were Tomaz De Araújo Pereira I and Maria Da Conceição Mendonça. She had three brothers named Martinho Garcia De, José Garcia De and Lourival Garcia De. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Tomaz Garcia De, Manoel Garcia De Sá, Helena Maria De Santa Teresa, Ana Dorneles De and Maria Dorneles De. She died at the age of 60 on March 15th, 1826.-
