Ana Dorneles De's father was João Garcia De Sá Barroso and her mother was Maria Madalena De Castro. Her paternal grandparents were Antônio Garcia De Sá and Maria Dornelles Bittencourt. She had two brothers and a sister, named Tomaz Garcia De, Manoel Garcia De Sá and Helena Maria De Santa Teresa. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Martinho Garcia De, José Garcia De, Lourival Garcia De, Maria Da Purificação and Maria Dorneles De.
Ana Dorneles De and Vicente Soares De were married in a religious ceremony on January 30th, 1797.
