Capitan Ruy Diaz De Guzman 
Ruy was born in 1560. Ruy's father was Alonso Riquelme De Guzman Alguacil Mayor De La Conquista and his mother was Ursula De Irala. His paternal grandparents were Ruy Diaz De Guzman and Violante Ponce De Leon; his maternal grandparents were Gobernador Domingo Martinez De Irala and Leonor Princesa Guarani. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Gabriel, Diego, Blanca, Brianda, Catalina and XX. He died at the age of 69 in 1629.General Notes
