Brianda De Guzman 
Brianda's father was Alonso Riquelme De Guzman Alguacil Mayor De La Conquista and her mother was Ursula De Irala. Her paternal grandparents were Ruy Diaz De Guzman and Violante Ponce De Leon; her maternal grandparents were Gobernador Domingo Martinez De Irala and Leonor Princesa Guarani. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Ruy, Gabriel, Diego, Blanca, Catalina and XX.
