Marina De Irala

Marina's father was Gobernador Domingo Martinez De Irala and her mother was Juana Princesa Guarani.  Her paternal grandparents were Escribano Real Martin Perez De Irala and Marina de Toledo Albisua; her maternal grandfather was Lorenzo Moquirace Y Otros Caciques Guaranies. She had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Diego, Martin, Antonio, Ursula, Ana, Isabel, Maria and Ginebra.

‌Marina and Francisco were married in a religious ceremony in 1552.  They had a son named Juan.
