Isabel De Irala

Isabel's father was Gobernador Domingo Martinez De Irala and her mother was Agueda Princesa Guarani.  Her paternal grandparents were Escribano Real Martin Perez De Irala and Marina de Toledo Albisua; her maternal grandfather was Lorenzo Moquirace Y Otros Caciques Guaranies. She had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Diego, Martin, Antonio, Ursula, Ana, Marina, Maria and Ginebra.

They had a son named Fernando.

They had a son and a daughter, named Pedro and Maria.
