Constance was born in 1140. Constance's father was Alain II Le Noir De Penthièvre and her mother was Berthe De Bretagne. Her paternal grandparents were Etienne Ier De Penthièvre and Havoise De Guinguamp; her maternal grandparents were Conan III Le Gros De Bretagne and Mathilde Ou Maud D'angleterre. She had a brother named Conan IV Le Petit. She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-brother named Eudon III. She died at the age of 44 on June 28th, 1184.General Notes
