‌Mary Effie and Thomas Jeremiah were married in a religious ceremony on January 22nd, 1891 in Lilesville, Anson County, North Carolina.1 They had four sons and a daughter, named Benjamin Wall, Thomas Jeremiah II, William, Charles Nelms and Margaret Eachin.
