William Lemuel 
William was born on April 13th, 1897.1 William's father was Thomas Jeremiah Ingram and his mother was Mary Effie Wall. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Ingram and Nancy Jane Bennett; his maternal grandparents were Mial Wall and Margaret McEachin. He had three brothers and a sister, named Benjamin Wall, Thomas Jeremiah II, Charles Nelms and Margaret Eachin. He was the second youngest of the five children.
