Charles Nelms Ingram 
Charles Nelms was born on December 16th, 1899.1 Charles Nelms' father was Thomas Jeremiah Ingram and his mother was Mary Effie Wall. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Ingram and Nancy Jane Bennett; his maternal grandparents were Mial Wall and Margaret McEachin. He had three brothers and a sister, named Benjamin Wall, Thomas Jeremiah II, William and Margaret Eachin. He was the youngest of the five children.
