William Harvey Fitzer 
William Harvey was born on May 8th, 1845.1 William Harvey's father was William Fitzer and his mother was Diana Dilley. His maternal grandparents were Jr. Dilley John and Elizabeth Ackland aka Eckland. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James Henry, John M, Barney D, Charles, Sarah Hannah, Louisa Jane, Martha Ann, Luella T and Mary Maggie. He was the third oldest of the ten children.-
