Charles Fitzer 
Charles was born in 1853.1 Charles' father was William Fitzer and his mother was Diana Dilley. His maternal grandparents were Jr. Dilley John and Elizabeth Ackland aka Eckland. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James Henry, William Harvey, John M, Barney D, Sarah Hannah, Louisa Jane, Martha Ann, Luella T and Mary Maggie. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.-
