Louisa Jane Fitzer 
Louisa Jane was born on March 29th, 1846.1 Louisa Jane's father was William Fitzer and her mother was Diana Dilley. Her maternal grandparents were Jr. Dilley John and Elizabeth Ackland aka Eckland. She had five brothers and four sisters, named James Henry, William Harvey, John M, Barney D, Charles, Sarah Hannah, Martha Ann, Luella T and Mary Maggie. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.-
