Lavinia Tipton 
Lavinia was born about 1798. Lavinia's father was Major Jonathon Tipton and her mother was Kesiah ROBERTSON. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Tipton and Elizabeth (Adams) Edwards. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Kennedy, Ellendor and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the five children. She had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John, Samuel, William Hannibal, Jonathan, David, Wiley, Jacob, Mary and Hannah. She died about 1860.-
