Sarah was born in 1751 in Bucks County,PENNSYLVANIA. Sarah's father was John Hampton and her mother was Ann Croasdale. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Hampton and Mary Canby; her maternal grandparents were Jeremiah Croasdale and Grace Heaton. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, David, Jonathan, John, Arenath and Ann. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died before April 5th, 1828.-
