Jacob Boster 
Jacob was born on November 23rd, 1819 in Giles County,Virginia. Jacob's father was Daniel Boster and his mother was Mary Lake. His paternal grandparents were Phillip Boster and Elizabeth Barbara Hinterliter; his maternal grandfather was Daniel Lake. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas Levi, Daniel J., Sally, Mary Elizabeth "Polly", Alameda, Melinda, Catherine, Harriet and Mahala. He was the second oldest of the ten children.-
