Aubrey II de was born in 1082 in Of, Hedingham, Essex, England.1 Aubrey II de's father was Alberic Aubrey de VERE and his mother was Beatrice de GAND. His paternal grandparents were Alphonso GHESNES and Countess Of GHESNES Mrs-Alphonso; his maternal grandparents were Henry Castellan de GAND and Sibilla MANASSES. He had five brothers and a sister, named Alberic de, Geoffrey de, Roger de, Robert de, William de and Roheise (Roesia) de. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 59 on May 9th, 1141 in ,London, Middlesex, England. He was buried on May 15th, 1141 in Colne Priory, Earls Colne, Essex, England.1 1 General Notes
