Burnice Crowder 
Burnice was born in 1849.1 Burnice's father was Sterling Crowder and her mother was Paululia Seamester. Her paternal grandparents were Burrell Crowder and Sarah Ann Sally Drye; her maternal grandparents were James R. Seamester and Sally Legrand. She had a brother and two sisters, named Lorenzo B., Sarah and Georgina. She was the second oldest of the four children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Rueben H., Jacob, Mary, Matilda and Permelia.-
