Pierre II de Courtenay 
Pierre II de was born in 1155 in Isle de France, France.1 Pierre II de's father was de Courtenay Capet Pierre and his mother was Isabelle Elizabeth de Courtenay. His paternal grandparents were Louis VI le Gros Capet and Adelaide Alix de Maurienne; his maternal grandparents were Reginald de Courtenay and Hawise de Donjon. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Guillaume de, Jean de, Alice de, daughter de and Constance de. He was the oldest of the six children.1 General Notes
