Cora Leona ALDEN 
Cora Leona was born on September 17th, 1877 in Manley, Lee twp., Fulton, Illinois.1 Cora Leona's father was Charles Smith ALDEN and her mother was Mary Louise Barker. Her paternal grandparents were Smith David ALDEN and Sarah E. Runyon; her maternal grandparents were George Barker and Johanna Amos. She had six brothers and a sister, named George, William H, Charles Milton, Ross, Harry Ray, Clinton Leroy and Mary Daisey. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 79 in 1956 in McDonough Co, Illinois.1 General Notes

Witnesses to Cora & Samuel's wedding were Cora's brother, George and a Delano Walton. They w ere married by Baptist minister H.H. Depperman.
