John Webb 
John was born in 1856 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 John's father was Elija Webb and his mother was Mary Ann Hamblin. His paternal grandparents were Theodoric Webb and Catherine Mattox. He had four brothers and a sister, named William H., George, James D., Joseph H. and Leah. He was the youngest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John W., Thomas Theodore, Albert, Susan Harriet, Mary Ann and Emeline.-
