James D. Webb

James D. was born on February 12th, 1848 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹ James D.'s father was Elija Webb and his mother was Mary Ann Hamblin. His paternal grandparents were Theodoric Webb and Catherine Mattox. He had four brothers and a sister, named William H., George, Joseph H., John and Leah. He was the third youngest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John W., Thomas Theodore, Albert, Susan Harriet, Mary Ann and Emeline. He died at the age of 72 on October 16th, 1920.¹
