George Webb

George was born on June 26th, 1846 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹ George's father was Elija Webb and his mother was Mary Ann Hamblin. His paternal grandparents were Theodoric Webb and Catherine Mattox. He had four brothers and a sister, named William H., James D., Joseph H., John and Leah. He was the third oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John W., Thomas Theodore, Albert, Susan Harriet, Mary Ann and Emeline. He died at the age of 38 on July 19th, 1884.¹
