James I. Wagner

James I. was born in 1867 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   James I.'s father was George Wagner and his mother was Mary A.. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John, William J., George W., Charles, Mary E., Martha E., Lucy R., Rosannah, Mahala A. and Ruth W..  He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.
