Catherine Venable

Catherine was born in 1849 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Catherine's father was Daniel Venable and her mother was Mary Lawson.  Her maternal grandparents were Martin Lawson and Nancy. She had six brothers and seven sisters, named John, William, George, James, Joseph, Andrew, Zora, Nancy, Priscilla, Mary, Charity, Martha and Mary Margaret.  She was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children.
