Peter Vandeventer

Peter was born on September 20th, 1781 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Peter's father was Abraham Vandeventer and his mother was Mary Jones.  His paternal grandparents were Isaac Vandeventer and Sarah Cowenhaven. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, John, William, Jacob, Robert, John, Abraham, Charles Delham, Anna, Mary, Susan and Elizabeth.  He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children.  He died before 1837.¹
