William K. Tilson

William K. was born in 1843 in ,Of Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   William K.'s father was Henry Tilson and his mother was Adeline. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Henry Clay, Jacob, Zacharias, Charles, Maria Elizabeth, Mary and Cynthia.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Rufus, Hugh F., Lilburn B., Horace J. and Alice.
