Alfred B. Thomas

Alfred B. was born in 1827 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.¹   Alfred B.'s father was George Thomas and his mother was Susan Strode.  His paternal grandparents were Moses Thomas and Elizabeth Whaley; his maternal grandfather was James Strode. He had three brothers and a sister, named William Henry, James, George W. and Elizabeth.  He was the second youngest of the five children.
