Lewis Tackett

Lewis was born about 1790.¹   Lewis' father was Lewis Tackett and his mother was Susannah? Sumpter.  His paternal grandfather was Francis? Tackett; his maternal grandfather was Edmund Sumpter. He had two brothers and four sisters, named George W., John, Alsey, Catherine, Mary "Polly" and Elizabeth.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died before 1850.¹
