Julianna Simms 
Julianna was born in 1711 in Charles County, Maryland.1 Julianna's father was James Semmes and her mother was Mary Goodrick. Her paternal grandparents were Marmaduke Semmes and Fortune Watson; her maternal grandfather was Robert Goodrick. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Joseph Milburn, Marmaduke, Ignatius, James, Susannah, Mary, Anne and Susannah. She was the third youngest of the nine children.
