Anthony Simms 
Anthony was born about 1696 in Charles County, Maryland.1 Anthony's father was Anthony Semmes and his mother was Ann Sissons. His paternal grandparents were Marmaduke Semmes and Fortune Watson; his maternal grandparents were Edward Sissons and Alice. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Marmaduke, Electius, Fidelmus, Bertha, Mary and Jane. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died after October 14th, 1749 in Maryland.1 -
