Mary Or Polly Scism

Mary Or Polly was born on July 29th, 1804 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Mary Or Polly's father was William Scism and her mother was Elizabeth Duncan. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Jesse D., William, John, James M., Lucretia, Elizabeth and Nancy.  She was the oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 25 in 1829 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹
