James M. Scism

James M. was born on January 26th, 1826 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   James M.'s father was William Scism and his mother was Elizabeth Duncan. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jesse D., William, John, Mary Or Polly, Lucretia, Elizabeth and Nancy.  He was the youngest of the eight children.  He died before 1870.¹
