Dora Flurisa was born on April 16th, 1872.1 Dora Flurisa's father was Marcus Alexander Sappington and her mother was Albina T. Parr. Her paternal grandparents were Mark Sappington and Ann Glen; her maternal grandparents were Sr Parr Turner Berryman and Martha C. George. She had five brothers and three sisters, named B.O. Berry, Mark O., Joseph Richard, Albert Alexander, Thomas William, Mary Etta, Mattie Emeline and May O.. She was the third youngest of the nine children.1 -
