Samuel M. Rowan

Samuel M. was born about 1783 in ,,Virginia.¹   Samuel M.'s father was William Rowan and his mother was Elizabeth Ellison.  His paternal grandfather was Francis Rowan. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, William, Francis, David, Mary Or Polly, Elizabeth and Ann.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  He died after 1852 in ,Fulton, Arkansas.¹
