William Rowan

William was born about 1760 in ,Of, Virginia.¹   William's father was Francis Rowan. He had four brothers named Samuel, Francis, Charles and James.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died in 1809 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.  He was buried in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.^1 1
