Elizabeth (Beth) May was born on November 21st, 1896 in Blossburg NM.1 Elizabeth (Beth) May's father was Henry James Rodda and her mother was Ida Florence Clarke. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Rodda and Mary A ?; her maternal grandparents were George G Clarke and Rosanna Cox. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin (Buck) George, William, Henry James (Harry) Jr., Thomas Uzzell, Edward Sherman, Charles, Alice, Roseanna, Nettie Bell and Grace Evelyn. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 72 on December 24th, 1968 in Long Beach CA. She was buried in Westminister CA.1 1 General Notes

Lived in Sugarite NM before marrage to Nels. Always had family
around her. Loved children and her Creator. Always encouraged
family to walk with the Lord and serve Him with all their heart.
Made wall hanginging crafts of pictures, ornaments, plastics and
jewelry; always had a couple (she called them lovers) in them.
Included kids in her projects; digging in the yard or wall paper
hanging. Also known as Dede by the Rodda Family.
