Alice was born on August 4th, 1878 in Plains, Plains Twp, Luzerne, PA.1 Alice's father was Henry James Rodda and her mother was Ida Florence Clarke. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Rodda and Mary A ?; her maternal grandparents were George G Clarke and Rosanna Cox. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin (Buck) George, William, Henry James (Harry) Jr., Thomas Uzzell, Edward Sherman, Charles, Roseanna, Nettie Bell, Grace Evelyn and Elizabeth (Beth) May. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died at just 9 days old on August 13th, 1878 in Plains, Plains Twp, Luzerne, PA.1 -
