Charles was born on November 21st, 1896 in Blossburg NM.1 Charles' father was Henry James Rodda and his mother was Ida Florence Clarke. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Rodda and Mary A ?; his maternal grandparents were George G Clarke and Rosanna Cox. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin (Buck) George, William, Henry James (Harry) Jr., Thomas Uzzell, Edward Sherman, Alice, Roseanna, Nettie Bell, Grace Evelyn and Elizabeth (Beth) May. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at just 1 days old on November 22nd, 1896 in Blossburg NM.1 General Notes
