Wyatt Givens Rathbun 
Wyatt Givens was born on May 21st, 1880 in Andrew County, Missouri.1 Wyatt Givens' father was Millard Taylor Rathbun and his mother was Harriet Combest. His paternal grandparents were William Rathbun and Hannah Gilihan; his maternal grandparents were Wyatt Combest and Mary Shepherd. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Henry Stephen, Charles Percy, Effie Mildred, Cora Blanche and Ruby Fern. He died at the age of 34 on April 27th, 1915 in Oklahoma (Buried Fairview Cemetery, Macksville, Kansas).1 General Notes

Never married.
Wyatt met an untimely death when he was killed in a gunfight somewhere in Oklahoma on the 27th of April, 1915. He was fatally wounded during a holdup by three men. It is believed that he killed one of them as he was being shot. Wyatt Rathbun never married and he is buried at Fairview Cemetery, Macksville, Kansas.
