Allie Jane Payne 
Allie Jane was born in 1876 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Allie Jane's father was William Latham Payne and her mother was Letha Whitson. Her paternal grandparents were Payne and Abigail; her maternal grandparents were Enoch Whitson and Elizabeth White. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named James Madison, Clinton, Mack Mccarty, Christopher Columbus, William Monroe, George Washington, Isaac Garfield, Elijah Von, Sarah Elizabeth, Louise Kitzmiller, Mary Emeline, Nancy Jane and Margaret Ann. She was the third youngest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 85 in 1961.1 -
