Robert Patterson

Robert was born in 1840 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹ Robert's father was William Patterson and his mother was Frances Simmons. His maternal grandparents were James Simmons and Elizabeth Gillenwaters. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Fulton, Sarah, Mary and Nancy. He was the youngest of the six children.
