Fulton Patterson

Fulton was born in 1835 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹ Fulton's father was William Patterson and his mother was Frances Simmons. His maternal grandparents were James Simmons and Elizabeth Gillenwaters. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Robert, Sarah, Mary and Nancy. He was the third youngest of the six children.
