Mathew Patterson

Mathew was born in 1838 in Mississippi.¹ Mathew's father was Mathew Patterson and his mother was Nancy (Young?). He had six brothers and three sisters, named William, James, Benjamin Pierce, Robert, Warren Washington, Andrew J., Rebecca, Eliz and Martha. He was the youngest of the ten children.¹
