Jane Parvin

Jane was born in 1830 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Jane's father was Ephraim Parvin and her mother was Maria Carden. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Augustus, Christopher, Isaac, Lafayette, Joseph, Elizabeth, Sarah, Amanda, Margaret and Melvina.  She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Henry L., Orville and Margaret.
