Benjamin M. Mowell

Benjamin M. was born in 1833 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Benjamin M.'s father was Jacob Mowell and his mother was Amanda.  His paternal grandfather was Mowell. He had ten brothers and a sister, named Richard, Isaac, James, John, Anderson, Henry, Jacob, William, Thomas, Joseph and Katherine.  He was the oldest of the twelve children.
